Job Description

Have you worked in an Electrical, Engineering or Manufacturing environment and are now looking for a new challenge. A Woking based company with a network of UK offices are looking to recruit an additional Sales Support Administrator.

The ideal person will be someone who can resolve technical issues with customers, so an understanding of electrical automated products would be a strong advantage for this position.

The job will involve liaising with customers, sending and following up on quotations, order processing and seeing the order through to delivery.

The position involves lots of talking to customers on the phone taking inbound enquiries and returning the calls to follow. You must be confident in talking to customer and building a rapport.
