Responsibilities:
· Develop project programmes, risk assessments, labour and procurement plans, and cashflow forecasts post-award.
· Collaborate with the H&S team to complete pre-start actions, including preparing CPP and RAMS.
· Appoint and manage subcontractors, ensuring prequalification, scope agreements, and progress monitoring.
· Conduct site visits to assess progress, ensure H&S compliance, manage procurement, and support the Site Manager.
· Act as the primary contact, providing updates via meetings and weekly progress reports.
· Oversee financial targets, manage variations, prepare valuations, and finalize accounts.
· Maintain up-to-date project documentation on SharePoint and prepare O&M manuals if required.
· Build relationships with clients and consultants to generate new business opportunities.
· Assist with tenders, site surveys, and pricing queries when needed.

1. On-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.
2. Strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Experience managing multiple construction projects with practical, cross-disciplinary knowledge.
· Construction-related degree (preferred), relevant CSCS card, and a valid driving license.
