Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join a growing sales team in the South of England. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional sales results. You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work autonomously, visiting clients, prospecting leads, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Client Visits: Regularly visit clients and potential customers to present products and services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term business success.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities in your area.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven field sales experience ideal
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused on achieving objectives.
  • Full UK Driving License: Required for travelling within the territory.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within your specified area in the South of England.
