Key responsibilities:
• Reviewing customer setups across systems and spotting potential issues before migration
• Supporting customers to ensure a seamless move from one product to another
• Providing clear, confident technical guidance throughout the process
• Identifying common challenges and feeding these back to product teams
• Working alongside teams across the business to ensure customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
• A confident communicator with fluent spoken and written English
• Enthusiastic about technology and willing to get stuck in
• Sharp attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Customer-focused, with a can-do attitude
