Job Summary

Working for a globally recognised brand as a Field Account Manager, you will be asked to make cold calls on Independent retailers within your designated area.  The role provides crucial support, as well as cover during holidays and absence to the Sales Representatives to ensure continuous achievement of company objectives

Job Description

  • Help grow the share of market by ensuring the company’s products are available for consumers to purchase 24/7. 
  • Launch new brands and educate Independent retailers with a view to overcoming out of stock situations.
  • Ensuring that each store follows their merchandising equipment and trading agreements
  • Be fully accountable for managing the budget
  • To meet/exceed the coverage/call rate requirements for the specific ground being worked on, ensuring that time is effectively planned.
  • Conduct reviews of retailer accounts and implement mutually beneficial strategies and solutions to grow the category.
  • Analyse and interpret and evaluate information and activities to create insight and opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Education ideally to Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full manual driving licence is required, with no more than 3 penalty points
  • The ability to take ownership, be accountable, make decisions and drive results
  • Be creative and agile and find innovative solutions
