Job Summary

Our client based in Woking are seeking a Customer Compliance Administrator to be responsible for enhancing and delivering value to the business through the key functions of Verification (KYC), Account Security and Anti-Money Laundering. Woking closely with the Digital and Central Compliance Teams you will need to be a team player

Job Description

  • Analysing and assessing the performance of the Verification function to ensure processes and procedures are fit for purpose.
  • Identify where there are issues and where improvements can be made
  • Handle complex customer and internal escalations to ensure both the business and the customer are protected
  •  Effective use of data and reporting to identify and rectify any shortfall in the Verification pass rates.
  • Provide daily, weekly and periodical verification statistic reports to the business
  • Provide data and identify opportunities to reduce the overall cost of customer verification without decreasing overall verification pass rates
  • Recommend changes or improvements to systems and processes, ensuring they are compliant with the relevant regulations.
  • Provide detail or team performance and error monitoring reports periodically, working with the Verification Manager

Required Skills

  • To Degree level or equivalent
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Verification practices
  • Production of metrics/reporting to support compliance and business objectives
  • Must be detail orientated, analytical with excellent communication skills
