Job Summary

Office Services Assistant required for an exciting opportunity to join a global corporate organisation.

As an Office Services Assistant your role will involve working as part of a team to ensure that day to day administration is maintained.

Job Description

Main areas covered in this role are:

  • Reception - greet visitors and signing in, take messages, organise company transport arrangements, conference room requests
  • Switchboard - take all calls using telephone system and transferring to relevant person, maintain switchboard database, deal with any emergency calls effectively
  • Office Duties - control purchase orders using SAP, organise and maintain ID system, use of copiers/laminators etc, maintain notice boards, assist in office moves, maintain employee data, deal with all visa administration

Required Skills

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role, ideally for a large corporate organisation.
  • Good level of education
  • You must be highly organised and professional at all times, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Visa administration experience highly desirable
  • Live within an easily commutable distance
