Job Description

Our established client based in Farnham are looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to work within their property team.

 As a Conveyancing Secretary you will:

  • Provide full secretarial support including using a digital dictation system and document management software to produce correspondence and other documentation related to contractual and commercial transactions.
  • Manage diaries and help to organise their workloads, fielding enquiries and dealing with matter on their behalf.
  • Assist with full administrative duties which will include meeting and greeting clients, handling department calls and directing accordingly and arranging meeting room bookings for the team.
  • Occasional Reception cover as part of a rota and secretarial support to other fee earners within the property department if required.

Required Skills

Our client are looking to appoint a person with the following desired skills and experience:

  •  Legal Conveyancing Secretary with 3 years experience
  • Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Audio transcription ability
  • Fast accurate typing ability (60wpm+)
  • Experience of using case management/digital dictation system preferred.
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Digital Audio Software
