As a vital part of a Head Office Team, reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CE you will be a confident communicator with experience of successfully influencing people and situations both inside and outside of your direct control, establishing relationships based on respect.  You will be a real ambassador for  customers, solution-focused, identifying challenges rather than problems and play a part in delivering performance at its best on a personal and collaborative basis

Job Description

Specific Duties/Core responsibilities:


  • Providing an outstanding customer experience to all visitors and callers
  • Main point of contact regarding incoming calls on the main Office Line and Customer Experience mailbox
  • Being the main point of contact for all guests and ad hoc visitors to the Aldershot Office
  • Logging and distribution of the morning incoming post and weekly Estate Manager post
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with all aspects of administrative management
  • Health & Safety support to the Executive Assistant
  • Support to Business Liaison Manager by producing the New Business Packs, literature, loading of new estates and monitoring the onboarding process and works towards creating new Understanding Your Lease
  • Managing inventory of assets and supplies, stationery ordering, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
  • Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
  • Managing the Boardroom/Kitchen/Office supplies…enlisting support when required
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities

Required Skills

  • Atleast 3 years in a similar role
  • Experience of dealing with a varied client group
  • Experience of working in a demanding customer focused environment
  • Recognised customer service/customer experience qualification
